Guru Gobind Singh
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) was the
first Govt. University founded in 1998. Under the provisions of the Guru Gobind
Singh Indraprastha University Act of Delhi, 1998 read with its 1999 amendment,
the University is recognised under section 12B of the UGC Act by the University
Grants Commission (UGC), India. It is a teaching and associated university with
the unique objective of fostering and supporting studies, study and extension
work in emerging areas of higher education with an emphasis on professional
education, such as engineering, technology, management studies, medicine,
pharmacy, nursing, education, law, etc., as well as achieving excellence in
these and related fields and other subjects.

In the CSIR-funded research project entitled ‘Modulation of
RIG-I mediated innate immune responses by chikungunya coat protein’ sanctioned
to the undersigned, applications are invited for one JRF role. The overall
project period is three years.
1. Post’s name:
Junior Research Fellow
Masters degree /B.Tech in any area of Biological Sciences and GATE/NET JRF/LS.
From 10th Std onwards, 1st class (or A grade) should be in everything.
Molecular Biology/Immunology/Animal Tissue Culture applicants with wet bench
experience would be preferred.
3. Salary: As per
the laws of CSIR.
