UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
  • Graduate from a reputed institute (Required), MBA (Preferred) 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a recruitment focused role (preferably within a call center environment) or recruitment consulting firm.. 
  • Experience in working in a multinational environment is preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well. 
  • Attentive to detail, resourceful and motivated 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint with a focus on Excel) 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English 
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Human Resources Executive

Job Description

  •  Provide support to managers in the recruitment process, including screening candidates, managing on-line recruitment/agency recruitment processes and agreements and conducting interviews and reference checks as required.
  • Responsible for managing recruitment agency relationships, ensuring that there are robust preferred supplier agreements in place and managing performance of the agencies.
  • Responsible for identifying new recruitment channels, including web portals and other forms of recruitment (i.e. graduate recruitment from universities).
  • Deliver the employee on-boarding process, holding on-boarding sessions at least twice per calendar month and supporting line managers in the development of each individuals on-boarding plan.
Business Partnering
  • Act as HR business partner to employee group, providing advice and guidance on HR and other matters.
  • Undertake exit interviews for all employees, understanding and identifying reasons for departure and capturing and acting on these matters.
  • Assist in business projects as assigned by the Company.
